Raso Consulting Surveyors is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor, with the ability to part lead, to join our team at the Wonthaggi office in the Bass Coast.

Role Snapshot
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual for the role of an Experienced Land Surveyor to assist and undertake in projects such as: -
- Title Re-Establishment Surveys (Urban & Rural)
- Land Subdivision (Urban & Rural),
- Feature & Levels Surveys of Urban & Rural Environments, both large and small scale,
- Site Analysis Surveys for Design & Planning,
- Construction & Engineering Set-Out and;
- D-Spec Asset Recording.
How You Will Contribute
Under the guidance and leadership of a Licensed Surveyor, you will be required to:
- Partly lead projects in the field.
- Complete and review field data reductions & undertake computations.
- CAD drafting for preparation and delivery of documentation and plans.
- Record appropriate information and milestone logs to track project status and maintain data standards accurately and;
- Consult with clients, responsible authorities and other key parties to assist with delivery of projects.
About You
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
- A Degree qualification in Surveying or relevant years of experience.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A willingness for further learning and professional development.
- A friendly and positive attitude and be self-motivated and confident.
- Experience with Leica & Trimble instruments, Liscad & AutoCAD is preferable.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- A full Australian driver's license.
- Construction Induction (White) Card (VPAU349 - Work Safely in the Construction Industry).
